Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may receive a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

We do not offer physical returns, but we will offer a full refund if you are dissatisfied with our product. You can keep the product and we will offer a full refund if it is requested within 90 days of purchase. 


REFUNDS

To request a refund, contact us at https://polarpearls.com/pages/contact-us and state your name, email, order number, and reason for returning the item (this reason can go in the message box). There is no need to mail the product back to us. Please allow at least seven (7) days for us to process your return.  After we process your return, you will receive a full refund! Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
